2. What data we collect
- Name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp).
- Messages sent through the automated chat or WhatsApp.
- Electricity bills or consumption data you voluntarily send us.
- The address of your property, when requesting a technical visit or quote.
3. What we use your data for
- Responding to your request for information or a quote.
- Preparing the technical visit and the quote.
- Performing the installation contract, if one is signed.
The chat on this website is an automated assistant; it does not replace a person, and this is stated within the conversation itself.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparing your quote or visit), on the performance of the installation contract where one exists, on your consent where applicable (for example, when starting a WhatsApp or chat conversation), and on compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations and the legalisation of the installation).
5. Who we share your data with
Your data may be processed by providers of website hosting or IT maintenance services, acting as data processors on our behalf. When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp / Meta as the messaging provider, under its own terms and privacy policy. Where necessary to process permits, the legalisation of the installation or the grid connection, your data may be shared with the relevant public authorities and the electricity grid operator, as well as with our accountant/tax adviser, for accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
WhatsApp / Meta may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under the safeguards that provider has in place (such as standard contractual clauses), in accordance with data protection law.
7. How long we keep your data
- We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a contract is signed, for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and installation-legalisation regulations.
- Data of contacts who do not become customers is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle their request.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@innovasolar.eu. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.
